IMPORTANCE POLICY NOTICE:

#No returns under any circumstances 

#No cancellations once order is placed 

#No refunds (partial or full)

#Exchange is only allowed only if a damaged product is received. 

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY:

An exchange will be processed only if:

#The product is received in a damaged condition
#The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
#Proper unboxing proof is provided  (mandatory)

#Requests after 3 days of delivery will be automatically rejected.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO


A clear, uninterrupted video is mandatory showing:

#Sealed package before opening
#Full unboxing process
#Visible damage
#Product condition
#Failure to provide a proper unboxing video when requested will result in immediate rejection of the exchange claim.
